<p>1) To become a voice of the voiceless community by creating programs by the community members involving the government and allied employees for the benefit of the community.</p> <p>2) To become self-sustainable in less than three years.</p> <p>3) To encourage the youth to be involved in agricultural activities.</p> <p>4) To create a society of equality and justice by empowering the community with information and knowledge.</p>

<p>The district of phulbani is known for cultivation of turmeric but now a days its known for naxalite activitise.Sometimes communal fight takes place seriously. Our mother &nbsp;social organisation has huge experience of working at the ground and is aware of the needs of the communities it works among. Lack of information and awareness among young people in the community is a concern. It was felt that this could be countered with a Community Radio Station.</p>
